1. Platform Eligibility & Photo Rules

To access and utilize Céleste's AI modeling tools, you must represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are uploading photographs representing only your own face, or you have secured explicit, written authorization from the photo subject.
• You will not upload photos of minors under any circumstances.
• You will follow lighting and portrait constraints to prevent calculation skew.

2. Intellectual Property & Software License

Céleste grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform solely for personal, non-commercial aesthetic previsualization. All visual mapping scripts, bento-grid layouts, neural formulas, brand assets, and portal styles belong exclusively to Céleste.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Céleste, its advisors, founders, or advisory dermatologists be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or subsequent complications, dissatisfaction, or clinic expenses resulting from:

• Inaccuracies or deviations between simulated AI previews and actual clinical outcomes.
• Cosmetic procedures received at medispas or clinics using Céleste maps.
• Decisions or actions taken in reliance on simulated diagnostic scores.

4. Secure Use & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Céleste from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unauthorized photo uploads, or misrepresentation of biometric consent.
