Biometric Data & Privacy Policy
Learn how Céleste secures your personal details, portrait uploads, and facial calculations using strict zero-retention encryption.
Biometric Data Definition
Under our system, biometric data includes localized mathematical mapping matrices representing face shape, skeletal contours, tone distribution, and superficial wrinkle vectors. We never convert facial scans into persistent identification credentials.
Zero Selling Policy
Your photos, details, email, and diagnostic outputs are strictly isolated. Céleste does not monetize, sell, lease, or share your biometric data or uploaded imagery with third-party advertising companies or outside researchers.
HIPAA & GDPR Standards
All calculations execute in secure virtual memory sandboxes protected by 256-bit transient SSL encryption, aligning with clinical data isolation best practices to ensure absolute privacy.
30-Day Automatic Deletion
Uploaded portraits and simulation assets reside strictly in temporary web sandboxes. Inactive sessions trigger automatic script loops that permanently scrub all photo records and biometric maps after 30 days.
1. Biometric Data Collection Consent
By uploading a portrait photograph to Céleste, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the uploaded photograph represents your own face. You grant Céleste explicit, temporary permission to extract non-identifying facial points to simulate potential cosmetic treatment outcomes. Previews are calculated strictly at your own request.
2. Technical Security Implementations
We implement industry-standard biometric safety protocols:
- Transient In-Memory Computing: Facial maps are parsed in volatile sandbox servers, never written to permanent disk partitions.
- Encryption: Portrait uploads travel over strict Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) protocols.
- Access Control: Nobody outside of the session user has the visual or computational key to retrieve original portraits.
3. User Biometric Rights
Under California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) frameworks, you retain full ownership of your biometric maps:
You may scrub your biometric diagnostic files from Céleste at any moment by clicking "Clear Tray" in the header navigation or by clearing your browser cache.
